New batch of humanitarian aid from Poland arrived in Kharkiv region – Synehubov
KHARKIV. April 30 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The third batch of humanitarian aid from Poland has been delivered to Kharkiv region, Head of the regional military administration Oleh Synehubov said.
"A train arrived with 30 containers of long-term storage food. This is about 600 tonnes," Synehubov said on his Telegram channel.
"The communities of Kharkiv region, suffering from Russian aggression, received such important assistance for them thanks to preliminary agreements between the Office of the President and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Reintegration Iryna Vereschuk with the government of Poland… I would like to personally thank Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Poland Mr. Michał Dworczyk for a personal participation and organization of such a very valuable cargo for us and assistance to our residents," Synehubov said.
