NBU recognizes new Concord banking group under control of Sosedka sisters
KYIV. Sept 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) recognized the Concord banking group and approved the Concord bank (Dnipro) as the responsible person of this banking group.
According to a statement on the regulator’s website on Tuesday, the group included Concord Bank, Cord Pay LLC and Electronic Payment Solutions Ltd. (the United Kingdom).
According to the NBU, the controllers of the banking group are Yulia Sosedka and Olena Sosedka.
Concord became the 25th operating banking group.
According to the NBU, as of January 1, 2021, the largest shareholders of Concord Bank were Olena Sosedka (56.2295% of shares), Yulia Sosedka (43.7675%), and Tetiana Malomuzh (0.003%).
According to the NBU, as of January 1, 2021, Concord was ranked 43rd in terms of total assets (UAH 2.826 billion) among banks operating in the country.
