NBU approves individual's direct ownership of 26.41% of shares of Mega-Polis insurer
KYIV. Oct 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has approved Serhiy Stohniy’s direct ownership of 26.41% of the shares of PJSC Insurance Company Mega-Polis (Kyiv), according to the regulator’s website.
As reported, Mega-Policy was registered in 2000 and specializes in risk insurance.
According to the unified public register of legal entities and sole proprietors, the founder and ultimate beneficiary of the company is Serhiy Perelomov, also the founder is Grant-Retail LLC, the ultimate beneficiaries of which are Wolfgang Ayberger and Maria Lapinsch (both Austria).
The charter capital of the company is UAH 12.5 million.
