Naftogaz, Ukrgazvydobuvannia tasked to increase gas production – PM
KYIV. Oct 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers has set a task of increasing gas production in Ukraine for NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy and JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia.
"The government sets a clear task for the leadership of Naftogaz and leadership – to increase production of its own gas," Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said at the opening of a government meeting on Wednesday.
According to him, all the tools for this were provided to the companies.
"The sites for production have been transferred. There are PSA agreements," the prime minister said.
