Naftogaz creates subsidiary for gas distribution business
KYIV. Sept 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy registered Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC on September 2, according to data in open registers.
The main activity of the company with a charter capital of UAH 250 million is the distribution of gaseous fuel through local pipelines.
As reported, at the end of May 2022, at the request of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI), the court transferred the seized private corporate rights to 26 regional and city gas distribution system operators to the management of ARMA.
Head of the board of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy Yuriy Vitrenko in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine confirmed the group’s readiness to take over the management of regional gas companies from ARMA.
