Mykytas announces return of legal control over Ukrbud Development, plans meeting with developers, investors
KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ex-president of Ukrbud Construction State Corporation Maksym Mykytas has announced the return of control over Ukrbud Development LLC by court decision, intends to organize a meeting with investors and developers who have undertaken the completion of the company’s facilities.
"According to the decision of the Economic Court, as well as due to the implementation of orders from the Ministry of Justice and the Office for Combating Raiding, Ukrbud Development was actually returned under the legal control of its legal owners on September 8, 2022," he said at a press conference on Monday.
Mykytas also announced his intention to hold a meeting with investors, government officials and construction companies in the near future to discuss plans to finance and complete the company’s residential complexes.
Ukrbud Development LLC was established in 2004 to develop and support the projects of Ukrbud State Corporation.
