MTIBU e-document system connected to e-interaction system of Ukraine's executive authorities
KYIV. Jan 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The electronic document management system of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU) is connected to the system of electronic interaction of the executive authorities of Ukraine, the MTIBU reports.
Among the advantages of integration is, in particular, the use of the system by more than 3,500 legal entities, including the National Bank, the main service center of the Interior Ministry, the main departments of the National Police in the regions. In addition, the integration of systems will speed up the acceptance/transmission of documents between the MTIBU and government agencies using the system, instant exchange of letters.
It is clarified that the system of electronic interaction of the executive authorities of Ukraine is a state telecommunications system designed to automate the processes of creating, transmitting, receiving, processing, using, storing, documents that do not contain information in electronic form with limited access, using a qualified electronic signature and/or a qualified electronic seal, as well as the organization of interdepartmental monitoring of the state of implementation of management decisions.
The MTIBU is the only association of insurers that provides compulsory insurance of land vehicle owners’ civil liability for damage caused to third parties. The bureau members are 42 insurance companies.
