MPs suggest allocating UAH 3 bln to support business in 'red' zones – bill
KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On November 8, a group of deputies from the Servant of the People faction registered bill No. 6297 in parliament with amendments to the state budget for 2021.
According to it, it is planned to increase the revenue side of the budget by UAH 3 billion and allocate this amount to support business and employees in the "red" quarantine zones.
It is proposed to assign this amount under the new budget program of the Ministry of Economy – support for insured persons who have suffered from restrictive quarantine measures due to the forced suspension of the work of business entities.
The deputies, in particular, propose to increase expectations from VAT this year by UAH 1.9 billion, as well as by UAH 975 million from corporate income tax.
