Mono-majority not to last long if Servant of People loses its members after each vote – Buimister
KYIV. Oct 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – MP from the Servant of the People faction Liudmyla Buimister says that if the MPs will be expelled from the faction for each vote against the decision of the political force, the mono-majority will not exist for a long time.
"If for each vote we lose faction members, then the mono-majority will not last long," she told reporters in the hallways of parliament on Tuesday, commenting on her possible expulsion from the faction, as well as the possible expulsion of MPs who refuse to vote for the recall of chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov.
She also said that she would not vote for the recall of Razumkov from the post of speaker of parliament. The MP believes that there are no votes in the Rada for such a decision.
As reported, first deputy head of the Servant of the People faction Oleksandr Korniyenko said that the faction considers the possibility of expelling from its membership MP Buimister, who voted against the adoption of the "law on oligarchs."
