Ministry of Digital Transformation launches Diia's offline support throughout Ukraine
KYIV. Nov 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine plans to open more than 100 offline support points for the Diia application by November 15th.
According to the ministry’s Telegram channel, offline support points are designed so that Ukrainians can receive offline help from Diia’s support service managers and generate a COVID certificate immediately at the mass vaccination center in every region of Ukraine.
"Last week we opened five offline points in Kyiv. Now we plan to open more than 100 points in 20 regions of the country by the end of this week," Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov is quoted as saying.
In offline points, you can consult on the following issues: learn about the types of COVID certificates and how to get them; apply for a СOVID-certificate on the portal and in the Diia application; determine the error in generating a certificate, etc.
