Milkiland shifts publication of report for H1 2021 for Oct
KYIV. Aug 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Milkiland, a dairy group with assets in Ukraine, Russia and Poland, has shifted the publication of the group’s report for H1 2021 for October 15 Due to the necessity of correct reflection of all of the consequences of the group’s restructuring in Milkiland’s financials in respect to planned transfer of company’s corporate seat from Netherlands into Cyprus, the company said on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) late on Thursday.
Milkiland also said that the amended annual report of the group for 2019 and annual report of the group for 2020 will be published at September 30, 2021.
Milkiland Group passed the restructuring and now is controlled by its holding Cypriot company, namely, Milkiland Public Company Limited.
As reported, Milkiland in May 2021 shifted the publication of Financial statements of Milkiland for the year ended 31 December 2020 due to the necessity of correct reflection of all of the consequences of the group’s restructuring, as well as assurance of compliance of the financials with the Audited Statuary.
