Military exercise involving Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian Brigade starts in Georgia
KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Maple Arch 2021 multinational exercise involving the Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian Brigade has begun in Georgia, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry said.
"Its objective is to enhance the participant countries’ compatibility, to deepen defense ties between partner countries, to bring them closer to NATO’s standards for planning and conducting peacekeeping operations, as well as to perfect the skills necessary to act effectively and make decisions," the Defense Ministry said on Facebook on Monday.
