Median hryvnia price in new buildings in Kyiv grows by 38% in one year – LUN
KYIV. Jan 13 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Median hryvnia price of square meter m in new buildings grew by 38% in Kyiv and by 33% in Kyiv region in a year, according to a study of the LUN portal of new buildings.
In Kyiv, in January 2022, the median price rose from UAH 34,700 per square meter to UAH 48,200 per square meter in January 2023, in the region – from UAH 20,900 per square meter to UAH 28,000 per square meter.
According to the LUN portal, in January 2023 in Odesa, the median price of objects under construction grew by 48% – from UAH 25,200 per square meter to UAH 38,400 per square meter, in Odesa region by 68% – from UAH 18,800 per square meter to UAH 30,700 per square meter.
The record holder for growth is Lviv, where the median price for the year jumped by 80% – from UAH 25,500 per square meter to UAH 46,700 per square meter, in Lviv region real estate under construction has risen in price by 66% – from UAH 17,000 per square meter to UAH 28,900 per square meter.
