Market Operator posts UAH 66 mln net profit, almost 58% above plan, in 2021
KYIV. May 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – JSC Market Operator received UAH 66 million in net profit in 2021, which is 57.5% more than the figure provided for by the financial plan (almost UAH 42 million), and also received a positive conclusion from the international audit.
"According to financial statements, in 2021 Market Operator received UAH 66 million in net profit and paid UAH 212 million in taxes and fees to the budgets of various levels," the company said on its website.
In addition, it is reported that Market Operator completed the audit of financial statements for 2021 and received a positive opinion from Baker Tilly Ukraine LLC, an international company in the field of financial consulting and audit.
"The audit confirmed that the financial statements reflect the financial position of Market Operator in 2021 reliably in all material respects in accordance with international financial reporting standards," the company noted.
According to the report, the auditors noted that Market Operator complied with all the norms of financial and accounting reporting, paid taxes and fees on time and in full.
As reported, on April 14, 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the financial plan of Market Operator for the year with a net profit of UAH 41.9 million.
