Luhansk, Kherson regions can enter 'yellow' epidemic zone – Zelensky's conference call
KYIV. Nov 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Maintaining positive dynamics in the fight against the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) disease will allow Luhansk and Kherson regions to be transferred from the "red" to the "yellow" zone of epidemic danger, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said at a conference call chaired by the President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday.
According to him, Vinnytsia region, which is in the "yellow" zone, may be transferred to the "red" zone due to an unfavorable epidemic situation.
"The head of government said Vinnytsia region in terms of morbidity is approaching the ‘red’ zone. At the same time, Luhansk and Kherson regions can be transferred to the ‘yellow’ zone, if positive dynamics continues," the President’s Office said on its website.
