Lubinets, Turkish Ombudsman discuss details of Ukrainians' release from Russian captivity
KYIV. Feb 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets discussed with Chief Ombudsman of Turkey Şeref Malkoç the details of humanitarian initiatives to free Ukrainian citizens from Russian captivity.
"According to Şeref Malkoç, the Russian side is already working on lists of Ukrainian civilians over 70 and over 65 with chronic diseases. However, Russia asked for time to work with these lists," the Ukrainian ombudsman said on his Telegram channel.
