KYIV. Sept 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The partial mobilization announced by Russia is an act of desperation, it shows that Ukraine is gaining strength and is approaching victory, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said.
“Partial mobilization declared by Russia is an act of desperation. It shows that Ukraine is gaining strength and drawing closer to victory. I call on Russian people to resist forced participation in this unjust, unlawful, and hopeless war,” Nauseda said on Twitter Wednesday.
