Lithuanian M113 armored personnel carriers heading to Ukraine – Ministry of Defense
KYIV. Sept 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The M113 armored personnel carriers transferred by Lithuania are being sent to Ukraine, while German howitzers damaged on the battlefield will be sent from Ukraine to Lithuania for repair.
“Lithuania’s military support to Ukraine continues. Howitzers with battlefield injuries are on their way to Lithuania, where we will organise their repair. At the same time, our M113 armoured personnel carriers continue their journey to the battlefield in Ukraine,” the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania said on Twitter Friday.
