Likely version of explosion in Dnipro is explosive device installed in car – source
KYIV. Sept 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – An improvised explosive device was installed in a car, the explosion of which killed the press secretary of Dnipropetrovsk regional department of the State Emergency Service and a member of one of the public organizations, a law enforcement source told Interfax-Ukraine.
"According to the investigation, an improvised explosive device was installed in the car," the source said.
The source also said that according to one of the versions, the explosive device could be attached to the bottom of the car and detonated when the driver got into the car.
