Kyivmiskbud resumes construction of Urlovsky-2 residential complex
KYIV. Sept 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Kyivmiskbud holding company is resuming work at the Urlovsky-2 residential complex, the press service reported.
According to a release, the arrangement of facades and insulation of balconies has begun in houses No. 1 and No. 2, preparations are underway for facade work at houses No. 3 and No. 4, and installation of the heating main of the house has begun.
As reported, since June 2022, Kyivmiskbud has resumed work at seven construction sites: Raiduzhny, Shevchenkivsky, Hvardiysky, Podil Рrad, Mirax, Freedom, Star City. During this time, the Raduzhny residential complex was completed and put into operation, as well as parking lots in the Shevchenkivsky residential complex, Podil Hrad and Oberih-2.
Kyivmiskbud Holding Company was created on the basis of assets of the state municipal construction corporation in 1994 by combining controlling stakes in 28 enterprises and other assets in its charter capital. The holding company includes 40 joint-stock companies in which the company owns shares, six subsidiaries and 51 enterprises as associate members.
Its majority shareholder, according to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, is Kyiv City Council (80%) as of May 2022.
