Kyivmiskbud puts into operation ten out of 18 objects of Ukrbud – company
KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Kyivmiskbud holding company out of 18 Ukrbud residential complexes accepted for completion has fully or partially put into operation ten, two more are at the final stage, the press service of Kyivmiskbud told Interfax-Ukraine.
As reported, ex-president of Ukrbud Construction State Corporation Maksym Mykytas announced the return of control over Ukrbud Development LLC by court order and his intention to organize a meeting with investors and developers who took over the completion of the company’s facilities.
"We want to hold a general kick-off meeting next week with all the companies to which our facilities were transferred. Regarding Kyivmiskbud, I have suspicions about the misuse of money, that the funds received from Ukrbud’s investors were used to close issues at other facilities. Perfect Group, Edelburg Development, Intergal-Bud, Bud City Development, Eurotrans also accepted our facilities, there was a change of developer. But Kyivmiskbud is not a developer, they have the status of not even a general contractor, but a contractor," Mykytas commented on the situation.
In response to a request from the agency, the press service at the Kyivmiskbud reported that, by accepting the residential complexes of Ukrbud, Kyivmiskbud undertook to complete the construction and transfer their apartments to investors.
Of the 18 accepted objects, Kyivmiskbud managed to put into operation ten objects: Harmony, Soniachna Riviera, Pectoral, Novomostytsky, Kharkivsky, Shevchenkivsky, Freedom, and also partly Zlahoda, Podil Hrad and Oberih-2 (the last one in 2022).
