Kyiv region's critical infrastructure facilities damaged over enemy missile attacks on Friday, two people hospitalized – prosecutor's office
KYIV. Dec 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Critical infrastructure facilities were damaged in Kyiv on Friday morning as a result of enemy missile fire, two employees of the enterprise were hospitalized in a medical facility, Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office has said.
"On December 16, 2022, as a result of missile attacks from Russia, critical infrastructure facilities in the region were damaged. Two employees of the enterprise with different degrees of damage were hospitalized in a medical institution," the regional prosecutor’s office said in Telegram channel on Friday.
According to the prosecutor’s office, private houses were also damaged in Kyiv region.
Under the procedural leadership of Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pretrial investigation was launched in criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
