Kuleba to make working visit to Poland on Oct 4-5 to take part in Lublin Triangle meeting

KYIV. Oct 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will pay a working visit to the Republic of Poland on October 4-5, where he will take part in the meeting of the Lublin Triangle and will hold separate talks with Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau.

"In Warsaw, the head of Ukrainian diplomacy will take part in the Lublin Triangle meeting with Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau and Lithuanian Deputy Foreign Minister Mantas Adomenas, where the parties will discuss security in the Baltic-Black Sea region, counteraction to Nord Stream 2, Ukraine’s integration into the EU and NATO," the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reports.

It is noted that Kuleba will hold separate talks with the Polish Foreign Minister, the key topics of which will be strengthening the political dialogue between Ukraine and Poland, increasing trade and investment, strengthening cooperation in the energy sector, coordinating positions in the context of the Polish chairmanship of the OSCE in 2022.

The Minister will take part in the work of the Warsaw Security Forum and will speak at the discussion panel on the topic: "From the Baltic to the Black Sea: Unlocking the strategic potential of the region." He will also hold a number of bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the forum.

"The program of the visit also envisages a trip to Lublin to meet with the Ukrainian community of Poland, a visit to the memorial to the soldiers of the Ukrainian People’s Republic, in memory of the victims of the Nazi Majdanek concentration and extermination camp," it says.
