Kuleba thanks EP for clear stance, recognizing Russia state-sponsor for terrorism
KYIV. Nov 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has welcomed the decision of the European Parliament to recognize Russia a state-sponsor for terrorism and thanked it for its clear position.
"Russia is a terrorist state: confirmed by the European Parliament. Russia has a history of acts of terror against sovereign states, support for terrorist regimes and organizations including Wagner, war of terror on Ukraine. I thank the European Parliament and EP President Roberta Metsola for the clear stance," he said on Twitter.
