Kuleba interrupts his African tour, returns to Ukraine due to massive shelling of Ukrainian cities
KYIV. Oct 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba is working with partners to coordinate a decisive response to Russian strikes on Monday morning, October 10.
"I am in constant contact with partners since early morning today to coordinate a resolute response to Russians attacks. I am also interrupting my Africa tour and heading back to Ukraine immediately," Kuleba said on Twitter on Monday.
