Kuleba holds talks with Mongolian Foreign Minister in New York
KYIV. Sept 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba held talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh in New York.
"We are expanding the geography of Ukrainian diplomacy in accordance with the Foreign Policy Strategy, looking for benefits for Ukraine and its interests around the world," Kuleba was quoted as saying by the ministry’s press service on Wednesday evening.
The ministers discussed the development of political dialogue between Ukraine and Mongolia, agreed to hold political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, and cooperate in international organizations.
It is reported that Kuleba proposed to resume the activities of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission to increase trade and develop scientific and technical cooperation between Ukraine and Mongolia.
