Kozytsky estimates capitalization of his business at $ 300 mln
KYIV. Nov 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Lviv entrepreneur Zynoviy Kozytsky estimates the capitalization of businesses in his group of companies at $ 300 million.
"About $ 300 million … The group’s turnover for 2020 is UAH 3.15 billion, in 2021 we expect UAH 4 billion. Over the past three years, we have invested UAH 1.2 billion in the gas business, UAH 1.3 billion in renewable energy, UAH 160 million in agricultural direction," he said in an interview with the Ekonomichna Pravda edition.
According to him, the group has attracted loans for a total of EUR150 million for various projects, of which EUR43 million has already been repaid. Currently, they rank seventh in extraction of gas and production of electricity from renewable sources in Ukraine.
The businessman also clarified that currently the land bank of the group is 1,500 hectares, but in order to increase the profitability of the direction, it is planned to purchase another 3,500 hectares.
As reported, Kozytsky’s Zakhidnadraservis group of companies produced 204 million cubic meters of gas in 2020. The mining companies holding 12 special permits in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk and Poltava regions are Zakhidnadraservis, Nordic, Project-Bud, Geo-Nadra-Invest, Horizons, Geological Bureau Lviv and Well Co. The service companies are the Horizons drilling company, Nordic-Bud and Georozvidka.
Kozytsky’s partner in the gas business is Czech-based MND of businessman Karel Komarek, who is co-owner in three companies holding five licenses.
The total capacity of Kozytsky’s wind farm is 34 MW, the solar power plant park is 115 MW.
