Korniyenko doesn't exclude that Razumkov to be invited to faction meeting in Truskavets
KYIV. Sept 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – First deputy head of the Servant of the People faction Oleksandr Korniyenko does not exclude the possibility of inviting Verkhovna Rada Chairman Dmytro Razumkov to its big meeting with the participation of the president, which is planned to be held in Truskavets, Lviv region, at the end of next week.
"We will formally and informally invite everyone we consider necessary to see there: this is the Cabinet of Ministers, these are the security forces. And if Mr. Speaker does not have any overlaps, perhaps we will also send him an invitation. But I know that there is an inter-parliamentary delegation, it seems, to Warsaw, on the same dates," Korniyenko said in response to Razumkov’s statement that he was not invited to a meeting of the faction in Truskavets.
He stressed that this would be a workshop and all participants would receive invitations "in the form in which the invitations to the workshops come in."
"The meeting of the faction in Truskavets is not a wedding, we do not make special invitations in some style there: you know, there is a rural, modern wedding, with flowers, without flowers," Korniyenko explained to journalists on the sidelines of parliament on Thursday.
