Kokhavynska paper mill increases production by 44.5% in 11 months
KYIV. Dec 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Kokhavynska paper mill (Lviv region), which produces sanitary and hygienic paper products (the Kokhavynka brand), in January-November 2022, produced products worth UAH 877.3 million, 44.5% more than for the same period in 2021.
According to the statistics of the UkrPapir association, provided to Interfax-Ukraine, thus, the factory increased the growth rate of this indicator a little more compared to the same last year, over ten months, it was 43.9%.
In quantity terms, production of base paper for sanitary products increased by almost 4%, to 37,000 tonnes. At the same time, production of toilet paper in rolls increased by 17.3%, to 120 million pieces, which remains the second largest indicator after Kyivsky cardboard and paper mill (298.4 million pieces).
In general, the main enterprises of the industry produced almost 522 million rolls of paper over 11 months (18% less compared to January-November 2021), and only Kokhavynska paper mill showed an increase in the top three.
