Kirovograd region completely de-energized – local authorities
KYIV. Dec 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As a result of the Russian rocket attack on Ukraine on Friday, Kirovograd region is completely deprived of electricity, Head of Kirovograd regional military administration Andriy Raikovych has said.
"As a result of missile strikes on certain territories of Ukraine, Kirovograd region is also completely de-energized. Please remain calm. Be in shelters. Treat the situation with understanding," Raikovych said on his Telegram channel.
