Kharkiv region receives eight high-capacity generators from ICRC, expects same batch next week – Syniehubov
KHARKIV, Dec 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Another eight high-capacity generators have been provided to Kharkiv region by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov has said.
"After Russia’s shelling we need to restore power supply and such equipment is really necessary to us today. This batch will be sent to communities of the region, in particular, in the de-occupied territories. We are very grateful to the International Committee of the Red Cross for continuous support. We highly appreciate our effective partnership!" he said on the Telegram channel on Friday.
According to the official, another batch of eight generators from the ICRC is expected during the next week.
