Kazakhstan may increase oil supply to Europe and China
ALMATY. Oct 12 (Interfax) – Kazakhstan may consider additional oil exports to Europe and China, Kazakh Energy Minister Bolat Akchulakov said.
"Our main destination of oil exports is the European countries. We are now at maximum pumping capacity this year. We expect an increase in oil production in 1.5 years. Everything will depend on the market. We will consider [oil] exports to Europe as well. There is also China. Our decision will depend on the situation in the market," Akchulakov said in an interview with Russia 24 TV channel.
