Invaders won’t have enough logistics to stretch offensive actions along entire front line – Defense Forces
KYIV. Apr 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Russian occupiers are currently experiencing logistical problems in all the main four directions where they carry out attacks, said Oleksiy Dmytrashkivsky, spokesperson of the joint press center of the Tauride Defense Forces.
“Regarding Zaporizhia: why does the enemy keep a group of troops there and does not attack? If the enemy stretches offensive actions along the entire front line, then logistics will simply not be enough for him. He already lacks logistics in the main areas where he attacks. These are four directions. If we add Zaporizhia direction, then the enemy will not be able to supply either ammunition or fuel at all,” Dmytrashkivsky said on the air of the national telethon on Wednesday.
According to him, the problem with this is already noticeable. In particular, it was reported that “in Mariupol, after numerous hits on ammunition depots, fuel and lubricants, the enemy began to take equipment out of the city and move ammunition.” “This will lead to the complication of logistics supplies of ammunition, fuel and lubricants and repair of equipment,” the spokesperson explained.
He noted that in Zaporizhia region, the enemy actively began to mine the territory and improve their fortifications. According to the spokesperson, the same thing is happening in the area of the Crimean Isthmus.
“The enemy is afraid of a counteroffensive, I think it’s not unreasonable,” Dmytrashkivsky added.
