Invaders shell three districts of Kharkiv region, civilian killed – Synehubov
KHARKIV. Dec 6 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past 24 hours, Russian occupying troops fired artillery at Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts of the region, head of the regional military administration Oleh Synehubov has said.
"Unfortunately, a 68-year-old man was killed as a result of shelling by Russians in the village of Obukhivka in Kupiansk district. There is damage to private households, outbuildings, storage facilities," Synehubov said in his Telegram channel.
He also said the voluntary evacuation of residents of Kupiansk district to safer places in the region continues.
"Local authorities, together with volunteers, have already evacuated 217 people, another 68 applications are in the works," Synehubov said.
