Invaders attack Zaporizhia, damaging infrastructure and injuring woman – local governor
KYIV. Aug 12 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A resident of Zaporizhia was injured as a result of a strike by Russian invaders on the Shevchenkivsky district of the city on Friday evening, head of the Zaporizhia regional military administration Oleksandr Starukh said.
"At about 19:15, the enemy attacked the city of Zaporizhia. A total of five shells were fired. Infrastructure facilities in the Shevchenkivsky district of the regional center were destroyed. A fire broke out. So far, one wounded woman is known," Starukh wrote on Telegram, adding that the information will be updated.
The head of the regional administration urged the residents of Zaporizhia to follow the rules of the air raid and not to disclose information about the strikes.
