Intl network IWG announces opening of flexible Regus office in Louvre business center in Dec 2021
KYIV. Oct 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The international operator of office solutions IWG plc announced the opening in December 2021 of a flexible Regus office in the Louvre business center at 2/10 Yuriya Illienka Street near the Lukianivska metro station in Kyiv, Director of IWG plc in Ukraine Yulia Lytvynenko told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Even before the pandemic, we looked closely at this business center, its location perfectly fit into our development strategy. The demand for this area is quite large, and the proximity to the metro was one of the key factors in making a decision," Lytvynenko said.
Regus flexible office will be located from ninth to 15th floors of the Louvre business center. Today it is the largest Regus in the Ukrainian IWG network. Its area is 2,400 square meters, taking into account a reception room, a business club, meeting rooms and a lobby cafe located on the ground floor.
"Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows give a stunning view – the ability to view whole Kyiv at a glance. I have not seen such a panorama in any business center in Kyiv!" Lytvynenko said.
As reported, IWG plans to open locations in Lviv – Spaces in LvivTech.City and Regus in the Kivsh creative space.
IWG (formerly Regus Group) is a global operator of leading office space providers. It was created in 2016 as a holding group that brings together various companies with flexible workspaces. IWG is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The headquarters is located in Switzerland.
