Interpipe NTRP increases its loss 2.5-fold in 2022

KYIV. March 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PJSC Interpipe Nizhniodniprovsky Tube Rolling Plant (Interpipe NTRP, Dnipro) in 2022 increased its net loss 2.5-fold compared to the previous year, to UAH 1.234 billion from UAH 486.412 million.

According to the information on the annual general meeting of shareholders of the company scheduled for April 28, which will be held remotely, retained earnings by the end of 2022 amounted to UAH 2.944 billion.

The shareholders intend to sum up the results of work in 2022, approve major transactions, determine plans for the current year, in accordance with which it is supposed to improve the budgetary performance of the company, improve the quality management system, increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of products and technological processes, expand product line and sales markets, implementation of the technical modernization program.

It is also planned to elect a new composition of the audit commission.

Interpipe NTRP produces longitudinally welded pipes with diameters from 152 to 530 mm. Its production capacity exceeds 850,000 tonnes.

According to NDU data for the fourth quarter of 2022, Interpipe Ukraine LLC owns 12.0902% of its shares, KLW Limited (Cyprus) – 60.8197% and Interpipe Limited (Cyprus) – 21.8405%.

Interpipe is an international vertically integrated pipe and wheel company, one of the world’s top ten manufacturers of seamless pipes and the third largest manufacturer of solid-rolled railway wheels in the world.

The ultimate owner of Interpipe Limited is Ukrainian businessman Victor Pinchuk and members of his family.
