Interpipe NMPP supervisory board replaces its chair

KYIV. Oct 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Supervisory Board of PJSC Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Plant (NMPP, Dnipropetrovsk region) terminated Vira Smal’s powers as head of the council, appointing Yulia Sova to this position.

According to the information of the company in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the staff issue was considered at the meeting of the supervisory board on October 27, 2021.

It is specified that Smal held the position of chairperson of the supervisory board from November 17, 2020 to October 27, 2021 as a representative of Interpipe Limited (Cyprus), which owns 90.38967% of the company’s shares.

In turn, Yulia Sova was elected as Head of the Supervisory Board for the term of office of the current composition of the National Assembly. She is the head of the treasury operations department of the financial and economic service of Interpipe Ukraine LLC, concurrently, the head of the financial department of Interpipe Niko Tube LLC.

Interpipe is a Ukrainian industrial company, a manufacturer of seamless pipes and railway wheels. The company’s products are supplied to over 80 countries of the world through a network of sales offices located in the key markets of the CIS, the Middle East, North America and Europe. In 2020, Interpipe sold 662,000 tonnes of finished products, including 192,000 tonnes of railway products. Railway products are sold under the KLW brand.
