Individual intends to acquire 100% stake in Insurance House
KYIV. March 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Oleksandr Diudiayev has announced his intention to acquire 41,400 shares of PrJSC Insurance House (Strakhovy Budynok, Dnipro), which corresponds to 100% of the shares, according to information posted in the database of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
At the same time, it is noted that the acquirer of shares acts independently, without the involvement of other persons.
Earlier it was reported that since December 2021, Oleksandr Diudiayev has been the CEO of the company.
As reported, on February 11, 2022, the National Bank of Ukraine excluded PrJSC Insurance House from the state register of financial institutions due to the fact that the company did not have valid licenses to provide financial services.
Earlier, on December 30, 2021, the NBU canceled the licenses of the company due to the non-admission of authorized persons of the regulator to the audit, namely due to the absence of a person representing the interests of the insurer during the first day of the audit, which excluded the possibility of carrying out an unscheduled inspection audit appointed by the NBU in November 2021
Insurance House, registered in 1998, specialized in providing services in the field of risk insurance. According to the company’s website, it has 16 licenses for voluntary types of insurance and four – for mandatory. According to the insurer, its shareholders are nine individuals who own 9.64% each, and two individuals with packages of 7.5% and 5.71%.
