ICU achieves circulation of seventh iShares ETF from BlackRock in Ukraine
KYIV. Aug 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Securities and Stock Market Commission has admitted shares of iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (ISIN US4642872349) managed by BlackRock Fund Advisers, a subsidiary of the international investment group BlackRock, to circulation in Ukraine.
According to the information on the website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the regulator made this decision at a meeting on August 26 at the initiative of the ICU investment group.
ICU indicated in its application that it is planned to include these securities in the stock exchange list of the Perspectiva Stock Exchange.
The total number of foreign securities admitted to circulation in Ukraine has reached 55, and this iShares ETF has become the seventh. IShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF, iShares Asia 50 ETF, iShares Global Healthcare ETF, iShares Global Consumer Discretionary ETF, iShares $ Treasury Bond 20 + yr UCITS ETF (iShares IV plc) and iShares Core S&P 500 UCITS ETF iShares VII plc) earlier passed this procedure.
According to the information on the BlackRock iShares website, there are 388 such funds in total.
