Relevant decision No. SP-533/2022/441-01 was adopted by the commission on August 31, according to the website of the government publication Uriadovy Kurier.
"The Commission considered the report and materials of the Ministry of Economy on the results of the investigation and found that the application of special measures is contrary to the national interests of Ukraine… The Commission adopted decision dated August 31, 2022 No. SP-533/2022/441-01, according to which it decided to stop a special investigation into the import of certain types of cheese into Ukraine, regardless of the country of origin and the export without the application of special measures," the publication said.

As reported, the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine and a group of dairy producers in January last year requested the ICIT to conduct a special investigation into growing imports to Ukraine to protect domestic producers.
