Hotels in Lviv, Bukovel already 60% booked for New Year holidays – Hotel Matrix
KYIV. Dec 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Bukovel hotels are already 60% booked for the dates from December 30, 2022 to January 2, 2023, the press service of the Hotel Matrix hotel analytics project has told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the study, Lviv hotels also have high rates, where, as of December 20, 60% of the rooms were occupied on December 31 and 45% on the night of January 1. Much lower demand at the moment for the Kyiv’s hotels – only 3% of the rooms, in Odesa only 9% are booked.
According to Hotel Matrix, in November 2022, Bukovel hotels showed the highest occupancy rate (51%). In Lviv this figure was 46%, in Odesa 21%, in Kyiv 15%.
The average daily rate (ADR) was UAH 2,933 in Bukovel, UAH 2,433 in Lviv, UAH 1,998 in Kyiv, and UAH 1,456 in Odesa.
RevPAR (revenue per available room) in Bukovel was UAH 1,499, in Lviv UAH 1,124, in Odesa UAH 306, in Kyiv UAH 294.
