Hearings on 'Ukraine, the Netherlands v Russia' to be held in ECHR on Nov 24 – Justice Ministry
KYIV. Oct 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) will hold a hearing in the case "Ukraine and the Netherlands v. Russia" at 09:15 on November 24, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has reported.
"On November 24, 2021, hearings in the case ‘Ukraine and the Netherlands v. Russia’ will take place! The relevant information has been published in the schedule for the consideration of cases of the European Court of Human Rights," the Ministry said on Twitter on Monday.
According to a photocopy of the timetables of the hearing posted in the publication, these are cases Nos. 8019/16, 43800/14 and 28525/20.
