Head office of WTC Kyiv to be in business center in Podil district
KYIV. Aug 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The head office of the World Trade Center Kyiv will be located in a business center in Podil, WTC Kyiv has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"Over the next two years, a seven-story business center will be built in Podil, where Kyiv’s business activity is focused," President of WTC Kyiv Valeriy Mescheriakov said.
The total area of the building will be 23,000 square meters, of which 13,500 square meters are office premises. The business center will have a spacious conference hall, coworking space, a restaurant, recreation areas and underground parking.
The project developer is Edelburg Development.
As reported, WTC Kyiv received the status of a WTCA member. According to Mescheriakov, this opened up new opportunities for cooperation for small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine with foreign companies from 314 cities in 91 countries of the world. In particular, a flexible business environment, which will ensure the smooth running of business in Ukraine – highly competitive conditions for cooperation with the possibility of providing legal, consulting and notary services, will be offered to Western companies.
