HACC decides to re-summon Yanukovych to court, postpones hearing on electing him preventive measure to Oct 1
KYIV. Aug 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has decided to re-summon ex-President Viktor Yanukovych to court and, in this regard, postponed the meeting on electing him a measure of restraint in the case of taking possession of the Mezhyhirya residence to October 1, 2021.
The corresponding decision was made by the HACC on Friday, partially satisfying the petition of the defense of Yanukovych.
