Govt launches experiment to introduce new model of work in employment centers
KYIV. Oct 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers has launched an experiment to introduce a new model of "providing customer-oriented services" in employment centers, which should last until the end of 2022.
The government approved a resolution on the implementation of such a pilot project at a regular meeting on Thursday.
According to the draft resolution, the experiment will be coordinated by the Ministry of Economy, and the State Employment Center must inform about its implementation every 10th day of the month.
The experiment, in particular, will provide for "active employment programs", but the document does not specify their essence.
At the same time, the government has determined the preparation time for the experiment – one month from the date of entry into force of the document.
By the end of 2022, the State Employment Center is obliged to ensure the digitalization of its services, allow employers to submit reports online, as well as provide for the possibility of self-service for job seekers and registered unemployed, as well as companies.
