Govt introduces position of government commissioner for regulatory policy
KYIV. Oct 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine created a new position of the government commissioner for regulatory policy, the corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Thursday.
According to the approved regulation, the government ombudsman for regulatory policy will have expert, analytical and advisory functions on regulatory policy issues.
In particular, the preparation of expert conclusions regarding the regulatory impact of draft regulatory acts, monitoring the overexposure of the principles of state regulatory policy during the adoption of regulatory acts, preparation of proposals for the protection of the rights and interests of business entities that were violated due to the effect of regulatory acts.
