Govt approves four candidacies for independent members of Ukrenergo's supervisory board
KYIV. Dec 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the candidacies for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of PJSC NPC Ukrenergo.
The decision is enshrined in government decree No. 1580-r dated December 2, 2021, promulgated on the government portal on Friday.
To agree on the candidacies for the positions of Ukrenergo supervisory board members Peder Ostermark Andreasen, Daniel Dobbeni, Dejan Ostojic and Roman Pionkowski as its independent members, the government said in the decree.
After the issuance of the order, the order on their appointment shall be issued by the shareholder of the company – the Ministry of Energy, which performs the functions of the supervisory board.
By the same order, the Cabinet of Ministers canceled as an unfulfilled order No. 815 dated July 21 of this year regarding the approval of Dmytro Olefir’s candidacy for the position of a member of the Ukrenergo’s supervisory board as a representative of the state.
