Govt allocates UAH 7.8 mln of one-time assistance to ATO veterans with disabilities
KYIV. Dec 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated UAH 7,786,000 to provide one-time financial assistance to 14 servicemen who received disabilities while participating in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) in Donbas.
The corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Thursday, December 2.
Those who have received a disability, depending on the group, will be paid from 250 to 400 minimum wages.
Those who have received the I group of disability will be paid 400 living wages for the able-bodied, II group – 300 living wages, III group – 250 living wages.
According to the law on the state budget for 2021, from December 1, the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons has been set at UAH 2,481, and for persons who have lost the ability to work – UAH 1,934.
