Germany to supply Ukraine with two more M270 MLRS launchers, 200 missiles to them, 50 armored personnel carriers – media
KYIV. Sept 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Germany will transfer two more M270 MLRS universal launchers to Ukraine, which can also be used as multiple launch rocket systems, Handelsblatt reported on Thursday, citing German Defense Minister Christne Lambrecht.
She noted that Germany will also send Kyiv 200 missiles for them and 50 Dingo ATF armored personnel carriers.
In addition, Handelsblatt notes, Germany is completing the implementation of a deal with Greece, under which Athens will send 40 BMP to Ukraine, and in return will receive 40 German Marder BMP.
In June, the German authorities announced that they would send three M270 MLRS type installations to Kyiv.
